If you order goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches your specified destination. You will be responsible for any payment of said import duties or taxes. We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding this matter.

Orders in the UK are generally received within 4 or 5 working days.

At our busy periods, i.e. July, November and December, these times may be longer.
If you have a delivery deadline, please email us using the form on the ‘Contact Us’ page on this site to see if we can send it in time. We will reply as soon as possible.
